Clubs & Extra-Curricular

Breakfast Club runs from 7.30am-8.15am in the Pre-Prep Hall and costs an additional £4.00 per session (or £180 per term).

Late Club and after-school activities take place between 3.30pm and 4.45pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (non-exeats). Additional supervision will be available on Wednesdays for Pre-Prep pupils from the end of the school day at 3.30pm until 4.50pm for an additional cost of £10.00, or, if staying on for Twilight Supper Club, until 5.45pm, as charged below.

Children in Kindergarten are welcome to take part in Late Club. Children in Reception and Years 1 & 2 can take part in a number of extra-curricular activities, which change termly. These include construction, drawing and gardening clubs, football, computing skills and drama. There is a small charge for activities provided by visiting coaches, such as golf, tag rugby and yoga, and for those requiring additional materials, such as cookery and sewing, but the other activities are all free of charge. See the full list of activities and clubs here

Year-round tennis coaching is popular at Farleigh and, in the Pre-Prep, takes place during the children's lunch break. These sessions start in the autumn term for Year 2 and in the summer term for Year 1.

Year 2 children can also take part in violin, cello and recorder groups.

Twilight Supper Club (open to all Pre-Prep children, including Kindergarten) runs from 4.45pm-5.45pm, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (non-exeat), and costs an additional £6.50 per session (or £220 per term, not including Wednesdays).

The little ones also have a rather enviable list of extra-curricular activities at their disposal including yoga, mindfulness and all the things we as adults should take time for. Grown-ups can also take advantage of wrap-around care including a breakfast club and twilight club.

The kids I saw looked absolutely enthralled with their activities and the whole environment felt safe, secure and incredibly child-led."
